Esther joined LevelX after a 30-year career in Information Technology/Software Development

Prior to joining LevelX, Esther was an IT Director at AT&T, with extensive expertise in organizational leadership, software development and delivery, program and project management, contractor/vendor management, process improvement, and aligning IT priorities with the business. After retiring from AT&T, Esther was responsible for marketing and business development for Translationz Corporation in the US and Canada.

Esther earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Loyola University Chicago and an MBA from the University of Chicago with concentrations in Finance, Business Policy, and Statistics.
