Before stepping into his current role as Associate Business Development Director, Max served as a Business Development Associate at LevelX, where he developed deep expertise in client prospecting, relationship management, and finance solutions support. Prior to joining the firm, he held a range of customer-facing roles focused on identifying client needs, delivering tailored solutions, and building strong, lasting relationships. These experiences also helped him cultivate leadership, communication, and team-development skills through coaching and collaborative environments.
Max earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business and leverages his background in finance, business development, and relationship management to deliver meaningful outcomes for clients.
